General FAQs 

How do I take care of my rara rings?

Please use appropriate care to enjoy our rings for a long time. The majority of our collections consist of sterling silver and can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner. On sterling silver, gold filled and rhodium plated pieces the metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth. Special attention should be paid to gemstones. Avoid extreme temperature changes and contact with household chemicals. Never expose stones to hot solutions, abrasive cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners. With the exception of pearls, which require special care, gemstones may be cleaned with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner.

Is it possible to wear several rara rings on a finger? 

Of course, rara is all about collecting and stacking. The slope of the stone is designed to be worn together, up to 7 rings on one finger.

Is the full collection available online?

Unfortunately, no. However, our line is constantly growing and changing, so for now we can only offer the carefully selected items you see.

What box do rara rings come in?

Each ring comes in a separate box made of natural materials, as well as a receipt and a certificate that confirms the quality of the ornaments.

Can I send the rings for a gift without putting a check in the box?

Yes, rara can send the ring without a check, but the electronic option will come to the buyer on the mail. Also, it is necessary to indicate in the comments when paying that the ring is sent as a gift.

Is there any nickel in rara rings? I have an allergy and I am afraid to buy any silver jewelry.

In rara rings we do not add nickel in our alloy, so don’t be afraid and wear it without any caution.

Are all gemstones by rara natural?

We only work with natural gemstones mined from the earth. We do not deal with any synthetic or lab-produced gems. We guarantee that all our stones are natural. 

I have two rings with amethysts but for some reason one has a slightly lighter color than the other. Why?

Since rara uses only natural stones, sometimes colors can differ in brightness and color.

I've received a rara ring with a stone that inclined. Is it a defect?

It is not. To ensure that your rara rings will stack to each other, all of our stones on rings are inclined on different sides.

Where can I see real photos of rings?

All of our rings are represented on our Instagram page including photos of rings on the hand.

Why would I create an account at your website?

Creating account enhances your shopping experience and helps us expedite the ordering process for you. You can review your order history, track your order, update your newsletter preferences, and receive advanced notice of exclusive offers.

How do I change details in my account?

To change details in your account, go to My Account. This will redirect to where you can change your personal information, address details, and view your orders.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not sell or share and information you provide to us. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and for notification purposes only. If you prefer not to receive our emails, you may opt out by changing your Email Notifications status.

What are the supported payment methods?

Rara currently supports the following payment methods: PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Payments are managed by Shopify Pay by Stripe, our business partner.

Do you accept international cards with billing address outside of the U.S?

Yes, we do.

How secure is my online order transaction?

Your online order transaction is protected by Shopify Pay (Stripe), which secures web servers worldwide with strong encryption and rigorous authentication.


 

Shipping

 

Where do you deliver to?

Rara currently ships to addresses only within the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately we do not deliver to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses or college dorms.

How do I track my order?

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery time. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your package. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

Can I change my shipping/delivery address after I have placed an order?

It is not possible for rara but please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Returns

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have received your confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled. For further assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

What is your returns policy?

100% Hassle-Free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from rara you can return it by mail. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return items purchased as a gift?

Yes, you can return rara purchased like a gift. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

My order has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your items by rara. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
