every rara piece is crafted to order with exceptional care. production takes up to 3 weeks after order confirmation. to maintain the integrity of our work and ensure fairness to all clients, we follow the guidelines below.

once approved, our team will provide a prepaid return label and assist you in selecting your new piece. please note that all exchange orders are considered final sale.

returns and refunds

30 days from delivery · full refund or credit store with no expiration · prepaid US label · no restocking fees · engraved pieces returnable.

include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable. if approved, you will receive a return shipping label. refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

resizes

free, forever · customer ships insured to Rara, return shipping free. we want your rara piece to fit perfectly. if you need a different size, email contact@rara.jewelry with the subject line: RESIZE — [order number]

condition requirements

all returned items undergo a quality inspection. to be eligible, pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original ceramic packaging, tags, and documentation. we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

final sale items

the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • custom-designed or personalized pieces
  • nonstandard sizes
  • sale or promotional items
  • gift card
  • exchanged items

these items are considered final sale unless received damaged or incorrect.
