How do I take care of my Rara rings?

To maintain the ring's pristine condition, avoid exposure to chlorine (steer clear of wearing it in pools or saunas). Apply your jewelry after cosmetics and perfumes to minimize contact with harsh chemicals. It's advised not to wear it during high-impact sports. Clean with a soft, damp cloth for upkeep.

What box do Rara rings come in?

Rara rings are shipped in designer packaging developed in collaboration with Parsons School of Design. It is made of natural materials, wood, ceramic and others. The case combines aesthetics and functionality, turning jewelry storage into an art.

Are all gemstones by Rara natural?

We only work with natural gemstones mined from the earth. We do not deal with any synthetic or lab-produced gems. We guarantee that all our stones are natural. We provide a certificate on request.

I have two rings with amethysts but for some reason one has a slightly lighter color than the other. Why?

Since Rara uses only natural stones, sometimes colors can differ in brightness and color. Inclusions may also be present in the stone, this is not a defect. Natural stones are always unique. This makes them exceptionally special.

Where can I see real photos of rings?

All of our rings are represented on our Instagram page including photos of rings on the hand. You can also email us at contact@rara.jewelry and we will provide you with photos of the model you are interested in.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not sell or share and information you provide to us. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and for notification purposes only. If you prefer not to receive our emails, you may opt out by changing your Email Notifications status.

How long does it take to make a ring?

Usually, productions last from 2 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the product.

Do you have a showroom?

Unfortunately, we don't have a showroom for fitting, we are now working as an online store.

Can I change the size?

Yes, of course. Write to us at contact@rara.jewelry with the details of your order and we will discuss the replacement.

What are the supported payment methods?

Rara currently supports the following payment methods: PayPal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Payments are managed by Shopify Pay by Stripe, our business partner.

Do you accept international cards with billing address outside of the U.S?

Yes, we do.

How secure is my online order transaction?

Your online order transaction is protected by Shopify Pay (Stripe), which secures web servers worldwide with strong encryption and rigorous authentication.

Shipping

Where do you deliver to?

Rara currently ships to addresses only within the United States including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately we do not deliver to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses or college dorms.

How do I track my order?

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery time. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking page. Use the tracking number and tracking page to locate your package. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

Can I change my shipping/delivery address after I have placed an order?

It is not possible for Rara but please contact us as soon as possible.

What is your returns policy?

100% Hassle-Free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Rara you can return it by mail. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return items purchased as a gift?

Yes, you can return Rara purchased like a gift. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

My order has arrived and is damaged/faulty. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How long will it take to get my money back for my online return?

Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your items by Rara. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
