At Rara Jewelry, each piece is crafted to order with exceptional care. To protect the quality of our work and ensure fairness to all clients, we follow the return guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Return Window
For a full refund on pieces purchased at rara.jewelry, a return request must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.
Requests made after 24 hours and within 7 days of receipt may qualify for exchange only, subject to review.
Return Reason Required
Each return request must include a clear reason (fit, style, or concern).
We are unable to process returns or issue labels without this information.
Condition Requirements
All items are subject to a quality control inspection. Pieces must be:

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is worn, damaged, altered, or not in sellable condition.

These orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Please email contact@rara.jewelry with the subject line:
RETURN — [Order Number]
Include:

Upon approval, our team will provide return authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email contact@rara.jewelry with the subject line:
EXCHANGE — [Order Number]
We will assist you in selecting a new size or style. A prepaid label will be provided once your exchange is approved.
Please note: purchases made with store credit and all exchange orders are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect piece, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Orders from Other Retailers
For pieces purchased through any outside retailer or stockist, please contact that retailer directly. We are only able to assist with orders placed at rara.jewelry.
Return Request Monitoring
To protect against abuse of the return policy, return-request frequency is monitored. Rara Jewelry reserves the right to refuse service or future returns if excessive requests are made by the same customer or account.
