At Rara Jewelry, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policies below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized pieces, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@rara.jewelry with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack your item(s) securely and include all original packaging. Ship the return using a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a defective or incorrect condition.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors within the same style. Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as outlined in the "How to Initiate a Return" section above. Specify that you would like an exchange and include details on the desired item.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your exchange has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@rara.jewelry with photos and a description of the issue. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns or exchanges, the same policies apply; however, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, any additional customs fees, and duties. Rara Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit, so please use a secure and trackable shipping service.
