How do I care for my Rara rings?
To keep your Rara ring in perfect condition, avoid exposing it to chlorine—so be sure to take it off before swimming or visiting a sauna. Always apply your jewelry after putting on cosmetics or perfumes to reduce contact with harsh chemicals. We also recommend removing your ring during intense physical activities. For cleaning, simply wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.
What packaging do Rara rings come in?
Your Rara ring will arrive in exquisite designer packaging created in collaboration with Parsons School of Design. Made from natural materials such as wood and ceramic, the packaging is designed to be both visually stunning and functional, turning jewelry storage into a work of art.
Are all Rara gemstones natural?
Yes, we exclusively use natural gemstones that are ethically mined from the earth. We do not use any synthetic or lab-created stones. Each gemstone is carefully selected for its quality, and we offer certification upon request to verify its authenticity.
Why do my two gemstone rings look slightly different?
Because we only use natural gemstones, variations in color and brightness are normal. Each stone is unique, and inclusions may be present—these are not defects but natural characteristics that make your piece one-of-a-kind.
How long does it take to make a ring?
Production times typically range from 2 to 10 days, depending on the complexity of the ring design.
Do you have a showroom?
At the moment, Rara operates exclusively online and does not have a physical showroom for fittings.
Can I request a different ring size?
Yes, you can! Just email us at contact@rara.jewelry with your order details, and we will assist you with resizing or replacing your ring.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are secure, with personal and payment information encrypted and handled through Shopify Pay, powered by Stripe.

Where do you deliver?
Rara delivers both within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, and internationally. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or college dorms.

We offer hassle-free returns on all orders within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Yes, you can return an item that was purchased as a gift. If it was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item. If the gift wasn’t marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
