every rara piece is crafted to order with exceptional care. to maintain the integrity of our work and ensure fairness to all clients, we follow the guidelines below.
exchanges — within seven days of delivery
we want your rara piece to fit perfectly. if you need a different size or wish to explore another design, we are happy to help.
to request an exchange, email contact@rara.jewelry with the subject line:
EXCHANGE — [order number]
once approved, our team will provide a prepaid return label and assist you in selecting your new piece. please note that all exchange orders are considered final sale.
returns and refunds — within twenty-four hours of delivery
because each piece is made to order, full refund requests must be submitted within twenty-four hours of delivery.
to request a return, email contact@rara.jewelry with the subject line:
RETURN — [order number]
include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if applicable. if approved, you will receive a return shipping label. return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
condition requirements
all returned items undergo a quality inspection. to be eligible, pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original ceramic packaging, tags, and documentation. we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
final sale items
the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- custom-designed or personalized pieces
- engraved items
- international orders
- sale or promotional items
- purchases made using store credit
these items are considered final sale unless received damaged or incorrect.
damaged or incorrect items
in the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@rara.jewelry within twenty-four hours of delivery. include clear photos and a description of the issue. we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
